These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vala, a financial planning and money management app provided by SaverStride LLC ("Vala," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Vala, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use Vala. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Vala, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Vala may offer free and paid plan options. If you select a paid plan, subscription charges, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented during checkout and in-app purchase flows. You are responsible for all applicable charges under your selected plan.

4. Third-Party Services

Vala may integrate with third-party providers (including financial data and payment service providers) to support account connectivity, billing, and app features. Your use of those integrations is subject to the provider's terms and privacy policy.

5. Privacy

Your use of Vala is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected and used.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, content, and platform materials in Vala are owned by SaverStride LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant ownership rights.

7. Disclaimers

Vala provides budgeting and financial organization tools for informational purposes and does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaverStride LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Vala.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Vala if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if platform security and integrity are at risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates become effective when posted with a revised date. Continued use of Vala after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
